DOO you have what it takes?

As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Administrative Support Specialist, your primary role will be to assist the existing CRM administrators by providing comprehensive administrative support, helping to document processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system. You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, assisting users, and creating detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What you’ll be working on:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist CRM administrators in day-to-day tasks to ensure the system’s smooth operation.
  • Provide user support by answering queries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating more complex problems to senior administrators.

Documentation and SOP Development:

  • Document system processes, workflows, and configurations to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks and system operations.
  • Ensure that documentation is clear, comprehensive, and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

User Training and Support:

  • Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for end-users to help them navigate the CRM system effectively.
  • Prepare training materials, guides, and user manuals tailored to different user needs.
  • Collect feedback from users to continuously improve training content and delivery.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • Work closely with CRM administrators to implement process improvements and automation where feasible.
  • Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor system usage and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a financial or technical environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating documentation and training materials.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and end-users.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
