DOO you have what it takes?
What you’ll be working on:
- Respond to incoming customers’ calls, live chats, or emails.
- Responsible for handling customers’ enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Understand the company’s products and introduce to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Handle accurate documentation and collect feedbacks / recommendations from customers.
- Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers.
What we’re looking for:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Finance related fields is preferred.
- High proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in one of the languages (French, Burmese, Indonesian, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Thai, Filipino or etc) is a MUST.
- Experience in trading / investment / finance / forex will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement.
- Spouse visa holder is preferred. Locals and foreign nationals with specific language proficiency are also welcome to apply.
